Managing Enrollments
Enrolling simply moves a course from the general All Courses listing to a learner’s My Courses list. Springboard also records the date and time of the enrollment for reporting purposes.
Self-Enrollment is Easy! (No Administration Action Needed)
It is extremely easy for a learner (your staff member) to Self-Enroll in courses in Springboard. All you (or a supervisor) would need to do is provide the names of the course(s) that you would like your staff member to take and instruct them to self-enroll. The learner would simply review the list of available courses through All Courses, choose the course by name, select Enroll, and then Open to immediately begin training.
