The Springer-Miller Systems (SMS) Support Center provides coverage 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The SMS Support Center staff is comprised of technical and SMS application Support Specialists who understand the hospitality business. Springer-Miller Systems maintains regional Support Centers in the United States, Canada, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom.

SMS Customer Community
The Springer-Miller Systems (SMS) Customer Community is a secure web portal made available by Springer-Miller Systems to registered customers. A username and password (available through your SMS Account Manager) are required to log in to the Community. Once logged in, you have access product and company information, can communicate with SMS community members, and manage your support inquiries.
