Springboard eLearning is an optional, subscription-based service available to Springer-Miller Systems (SMS) customers. Check with your manager or supervisor before attempting to access eLearning through Springboard.

Springboard for Managers
Springboard provides managers the tools they need to consistently train and on-board new staff while providing existing staff with an easy and convenient way to train on SMS software products. Springboard is intended to provide familiarity with common tasks in SMS|Host and a provide a foundation for your property-specific training.
If your organization does not currently have access to Springboard, you may wish to contact your Springer-Miller Account Manager about getting your subscription activated.
Accessing eLearning through Springboard
If you have a Springboard Username and Password - you may access Springboard directly here: springboard.springermiller.com
Troubleshooting / Support

Administration Tools
As an eLearning Administrator for your property, you can monitor your team's progress and assign courses. Instructions for the administration of learners and courses is provided in the Springboard Administrator’s Guide.
