Springer-Miller Systems (SMS) maintains an online "community" for its customers. The SMS Customer Community enables you to participate in an active dialog regarding SMS software products, manage support cases, access documentation, submit your ideas for product enhancements and share your ideas with other SMS customers.

Springer-Miller Systems provides support coverage 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Our Support Team is comprised of technical and application support specialists that understand the hospitality business. Springer-Miller Systems maintains regional Support Centers in the United States, Canada, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom.
The SMS Customer Community provides you the ability to submit a new support case via an online form and monitor the progress of your support case through to resolution. This is the recommended method to open and check the status of support issues.
Use your SMS Customer Community username and password to log into the SMS Customer Community now or learn more about and obtain a password for the SMS Customer Community.

Springer-Miller Systems (SMS) provides access to eLearning courses and training materials via Springboard - our proprietary learning management system.
The Springboard eLearning system is an optional, subscription-based service available to Springer-Miller customers. Check with your supervisor before attempting to access eLearning through Springboard.
Springboard eLearning makes on-boarding and continued training on Springer-Miller products easy and convenient. With eLearning courses on topics for server functions including placing orders, splitting checks, and taking payments, you can access expert training online - anytime!
Webinars are hosted periodically to introduce new functionality in SMS|Touch and to provide high level training on SMS|Touch features.
