SMS Customer Community

The Springer-Miller Systems (SMS) Customer Community is a secure web portal made available by Springer-Miller Systems to registered customers.

A username and password (available through your SMS Account Manager) are required to log in to the Community. Once logged in, you have access to product and company information, can communicate with SMS community members, and manage your support cases.

Features of the Customer Community

The SMS Customer Community enables you to:

  • Access additional documentation (some of our more technical documentation is only available here)
  • Access previously presented (recorded) product and educational webinars
  • Ask a general question of, and converse with, our SMS product experts
  • Search the SMS online Knowledge Base for solutions to known issues
  • Create and manage Support Cases for issues related to SMS products

    • Open and initiate a Support Case
    • Check the status of an existing Support Case
    • Update the case by adding your comments
    • Attach screen shots and related materials to the case
    • Review comments from SMS Support staff attached to the case

Request log in credentials for the Customer Community

If you are a current customer, do not have log in credentials (username and password), and would like access to the SMS Customer Community, please contact your SMS Account Manager to obtain them.
